SHIPPING GUIDELINES and Privacy Statement

PLEASE READ!
Most orders will arrive to you within 5-7 working days. 
Most orders are shipped within 3 working days from placement of order.
Factory ordered, and out of backordered  items require more time.

Privacy Statement

  Any personal information that you supply to ROBERTS SALES or its affiliates will not be sold or released to anyone (unless required by law). 

  Shipping information will be supplied only to our shippers for delivery purposes only.
  Credit card information is kept confidential and will only be viewed by persons processing the credit card.
  We only use your provided contact information in conjunction with the order it was submitted with. We do NOT subscribe you to any bulk email or newsletters of any sort.
Upon occasion, your Credit Card company may contact us for verification of your 
cardholder information for your protection. We first verify their credentials before releasing information and release only the information required for purchase verification.
"Tracking cookies" is not used to gather information from your computer.
  Your name, address,  e-mail address or telephone number will never be sold or distributed.

  Shipping  Charges

Orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service or UPS GROUND   
 unless you specify otherwise. Delivery time may vary with your location.
If you need faster service, let us know.

are charged A flat $78.00 To Commercial Addresses
and A flat Fee of $119.00 to Residential Addresses
Extreme West Locations May Be Higher

 International Orders (Including Canada and Mexico)
  All levy's, taxes, excises, duties, surcharges, exchange rates, imposts, or other charges applicable to the order are the sole responsibility of the customer (You).
  We do not charge these fees, nor collect them in behalf of your Country, If you have questions concerning these charges, contact your appropriate government officials. We do not have any rates on such charges.

  All payments shall be made in United States dollars and the exchange rate shall be as provided by the customer's credit card issuer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Parts Availability

    We carry THOUSANDS  of parts  in our inventory, and have many more available through our suppliers. No warehouse can carry all parts for all mowers though; Rare or odd parts may  have to be ordered directly from the the OEM suppliers and will take additional time.     

Pricing and Information

 All prices are supplied to us by the equipment manufacturers. We make every effort to keep
this information correct and up to date, but all prices, descriptions, availability, and other 
conditions, are subject to change as the Manufacturers see fit. 
We will try to notify you of any changes concerning your order, but we are not responsible
for the outcome or impact of these changes.
